All services will be outlined in a written proposal or contract before work begins.
Additional requests or revisions outside the agreed scope may require a separate agreement and may incur additional costs.

A deposit of 25% is required before project work begins.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and before final deliverables are handed over.

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds (specified in the contract).
Additional revisions outside this scope will be billed at our fixed rate.

Timelines .
Project timelines will be mutually agreed upon before starting.
Delays in providing feedback, content, or approvals may extend the delivery date.
iCoCreative cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the client.
Intellectual property .
Final designs are transferred to the client upon full payment.
iCoCreative retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials.
All preliminary concepts, sketches, and unused designs remain the property of iCoCreative.
Client responsibilities .
Clients must provide all necessary information, content, and assets in a timely manner.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving work within the agreed timeline.
Cancellations .
In case of cancellation by the client, payments already made are non-refundable.
If iCoCreative must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a fair refund for uncompleted work will be issued.
Liability .
While we take the utmost care, iCoCreative is not liable for any damages, loss of income, or legal issues arising from the use of our designs.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure compliance with legal requirements, including data protection, accessibility, and copyright.
Confidentiality .
